Update

I have been notified that the atty is to go back to RENAP on July 8 to pick up the birth certificate. We are praying that it is definitely a picking up of the BC and not them looking for something else. It is going to be a long couple of weeks.

Next week??

They told the atty to come back on July 2. Hopefully the BC will be ready and not some other paperwork needed. It is so frustrating. She stated how you cannot predict what they will do, they seem to make up things as they go along. Why do they want to delay this for so long?

Luca turned 13 months old today. Hopefully I will get some new pictures over the next week. I miss his chubby, cheeks and hearing him say, "ma-ma".

I could just SCREAM!

Urgh!!!! Well, it has been two weeks and yes, the atty did get information on the birth certificate, but not the good news of the birth certificate with my last name on it! They need a copy of my passport, why? I don't know.

Anyway, I have emailed the information needed. She is going to resubmit it on Monday. She does not know if it goes back to the bottom of the stack or if they update the information needed and get it to her in a couple days. She said she will let me know next week.

Will my baby boy ever come home???? (I am thankful, that they gave her information quickly and it didn't take too long and it is an easy fix....so there is a positive).
I miss him!

On pins and needles waiting

It has been a bit over a week since we got out of PGN. I have since bought about 10 new outfits for Luca in anticipation of his homecoming. I left all the tags on "just in case" something goes awry.

However, the atty. said that they told her the BirthCertificate should be ready by next Friday (June 20) give or take a day or two....yipee! Then it is off to get his passport picture and new passport then a request for the 2nd DNA. This is called, "getting orange". Once DNA is completed and back to the Embassy we should get "PINK" which gives me the date to have him at the Embassy and make it official.

We are in the long ending stretch, but the end is in sight. I can't wait to get him home and cuddle up with him. He should be walking everywhere and ready to explore. I know Nico is ready to introduce him to the frogs!

PGN OUT!

I got the call today around 11:30am, that the case is out of PGN!!! Happy, happy day! We celebrated with a lunch at the Chinese Buffet. Now onto Birth certificate, where he gets my last name, then DNA and Embassy appt. Come on BC!!!! One step closer and my baby will be here exploring with the others. We can't wait.

Waiting

We are still waiting for PGN to release our case. Some cases have been reported to be released, but unfortunatley not ours. Hopefully we will be signed off soon and not have anymore previos (more paperwork needed). We are so ready for this little guy. They sent me more pictures and we should be receiving video soon. Every picture and video is treasured so much.
