Word from the agency is that a new director for PGN has been put in place just yesterday. Unfortunately all the cases that are on the second reviewers desk are still sitting there waiting for a signature and even the cases waiting at the window for pickup are on hold (i am guessing these were signed by the director they booted out). I am not sure which one we are at, but either way we are temporarily stuck again! Hopefully the new guy will get in and things will get moving quickly. It breaks my heart to get the pictures of Luca and he is getting cuter and bigger each month. I am thinking another visit trip may be needed!
It is very frustrating. Just when it seems things are moving, they are held up once again.
