PGN Confirmed!

I emailed the attorney and the agency today to let them know we were going out of town and if there was any news to call on the cell phone as I didn't know if I would have email access. The attorney wrote me back and said we were in PGN last week (confirms what the agency told me), and to be happy and enjoy my trip. She doesn't think she'll hear anything in the next week. Again, no news is good news unless it is we are out...which, as mentioned, will be a bit still.

So I am off to enjoy a vacation with the boys and think of my little guy while I am gone, knowing he is in loving, caring arms in Guatemala.

In PGN!?

Well, the word is we are in PGN as of 2/19. I am hoping my agency is honest with me. I am going to call this week to verify this information with PGN themselves.

My sweet angel turned 9 months old yesterday. I miss him so much and am so ready to have him home. I am also ready to plan another trip to see him, but it is just too expensive. I am still hoping he is home by his first birthday. I should have new photos of him in the next couple weeks. He is growing and changing so fast, I hate to miss a moment.

We are leaving for a trip to CA this week. I hope to have computer access in case anything new and exciting happens in our case.

Love to all!

Moving Along???!!!

I received an email today saying we are registered with the Central Authority. They hope to get us back into PGN by the end of the week. Oh Happy Day! Come on PGN....let's pray for no kickouts and get this angel home soon!!

I can't stop looking at the photos of Luca. He is so precious and so cuddly. I miss him dearly.

Praying for things to move quickly.

Still waiting on Central Authority

Well, Wednesday came and went. We are still waiting on things to get moving in the new Central Authority. Word has it things should start moving this week. However, the cut off to be in CA is Tuesday, the 12th. While our paperwork is turned it, it is being debated if the attorney's needed to resubmit. I sure hope they get things straightened out and put an extension on all this. How can they expect things to be turned in when the offices weren't even established and things kept changing. I am hoping to hear good things this week.

I miss my little guy, but am so happy that I got the time to be with him. He is so precious.

I'm In Guatemala

Well, here it is my last day with Luca (for now). He goes back to his FM tomorrow and I go back home to my family, which I miss very much. Luca is an angel. He has slept through the night, waking at 6am for a bottle, then back to sleep until 8:30 or so. My kind of kid. He has slept in his crib after falling asleep in my arms, even though the FM says she sleeps with him.

I have had him sitting up and playing with toys. He enjoys it and can hold himself up, however, he can't get to the sitting position. These children are either carried in a sling or flat on their backs, thus the flat heads. But, he is healthy, holds his bottle, grasps things, pushes things, babbles, laughs, and rolls over. He likes touching things, very tactile.

Well, time to pay attention to him.

We are waiting for the new members of the Central Authority to start putting out the approvals and getting into PGN!

Let's pray it goes quick.
